Since our order processing is quite quick, we will try to accommodate changes to an order. The best and quickest way would be to drop us a mail with your requirements at info@jungleculture.co.za.
Some of the plants are hard to find during certain seasons. We will always try to ensure that we have as much plants as possible on our online shelf but seasonal constraints do make it difficult sometimes.
We are only able to help you source an unavailable plant if you want more than 5 of a specific plant.
We would love for you to buy in larger quantities! For any order query above ten plants or interior designer queries, please mail us at info@jungleculture.co.za
Yes, you can. We don’t recommend it as we have hand-selected some of the finest pots available for our precious plants. The price of a potted plant won’t be much higher than only purchasing a plant.
Yes, you can. You don’t need to buy a potted plant to get one of our masterpiece décor items. Just go onto our accessories tab and select freely.
We are able to assist you in sourcing that specific décor item that you want. We do have a minimum order quantity of 5 décor items if you require assistance in sourcing them. Send us a mail to info@jungleculture.co.za and we will gladly assist you.
Courier and Deliveries
Orders for Cape Town and surrounding suburbs can be expected within 1-2 working days. Any other order will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Yes we do have an express courier option but only for Cape Town and the surrounding areas. It does come with a price but who wouldn’t want to cuddle with their plant as soon as possible.

Returns
We are serious of providing you with a high-quality product. If you are for any reason unhappy with the product, we do accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after delivery.
Payments
Pay via Credit card or Instant EFT with PayFast, alternatively use Snapscan to pay with your mobile device. We also accept EFT’s for larger orders above quantities of 10.
We offer secure payment options via PayFast and SnapScan. All payments are processed externally and securely.
Plant related
Plants are living ornaments and do experience stress during traveling or when they don’t get enough light, water and love that they need. Make sure you read the plant care card you received during delivery or look at our website’s care recommendations for each specific plant. The internet also provides lots of information for each plant.
If you however still feel overwhelmed, it is okay. Send us an email to info@jungleculture.co.za and we will assist you in getting your plant in the condition it was destined for!
This is a normal feeling as no plant looks exactly the same. We take pride in providing you with high-quality plants and feel that each plant is unique and does have its own story to tell. If you are however disappointed by the appearance of your plant, send us an image to info@jungleculture.co.za and we will come back to you with a solution.
